No call centres, no waiting lists: when you call, you speak to the team directly and we aim to be with you within 30 minutes.
Most jobs are completed on the same visit, whether that's gaining entry, repairing a worn mechanism or fitting a new lock. If part of your key has broken off inside the lock, our key snapped in door lock service can usually remove the fragment without replacing the entire lock.
Mobile Locksmiths | Fully Equipped | Available Mon–Sun 24/7

The most frequent call we receive. If your night latch, rim cylinder or euro cylinder has locked behind you, we gain entry without damage and check the lock is functioning correctly before we leave. If you live in a flat, see our dedicated locksmith for flats London page for more on how communal doors and flat locks behave differently.
Forcing a stiff lock causes keys to snap. We remove the broken section, assess the lock and replace the cylinder if needed. Do not attempt to pull a snapped key out with pliers — it pushes the fragment deeper.
Worn cams, misaligned latches and swollen door frames all cause this. We diagnose the cause and repair or replace on site.
If your property has been broken into, the lock or door frame may be compromised even if the door appears to close. We assess the damage, replace any compromised hardware and make the property secure the same night.
If your keys are lost or you suspect they have been stolen, a lock change is the safest option. We carry the parts to do this immediately so you are not left with an insecure property overnight.

Most calls we receive in Victoria fall into one of a few categories. Someone has stepped out of their flat and the night latch has closed behind them. A key has snapped in the lock at the end of a long day. A front door lock has stopped turning and the door will not open from either side. A break-in has left a lock damaged and the property unsecured overnight.
All of these are emergencies because access and security cannot wait. We treat every call with the same urgency regardless of the time.
When we arrive at the property we assess the lock type, the door material and how the mechanism is responding before we do anything else. This takes a few minutes but it determines the right approach. On most jobs across Victoria — particularly in flats and period conversions — we can gain entry without drilling using specialist tools and non-destructive techniques.
Once inside, we check the condition of the lock and advise on whether it can be repaired or needs replacing. If a replacement is needed, we carry a range of cylinders, night latches and mortice locks and can fit a new lock the same visit so the property is secure before we leave.
